My 1st Yamaha virago 535 chopper build

The frame was built by Omar EASTERN BOBBER,i had a deal with Omar,

Icontra my airbrush work with this hard tail frame,it was design especially for yamaha virago 535 engine

Donor bike

After removing the engine from the donor bike,i install it on the hard tail frame,it was really heavy (1man show action)

Rahim BUKIT BOTAK GARAGE gave me this tank 3years ago

I use standard virago foot controls and pegs

borrow omar tank,to get some 70's feel

no seat idea yet

i rode my un finish bike to Wak jep garage almost everyday(10km)

Left original yamaha lever,Right vespa lever and yamaha rxs lever holder

relocate front brake lever and brake fluid resv. under the tank

punch screws into cardboard so i dont forgot their position later

replace burnt stator coil

paint yhe engine wrinkle black and original chrome

replace worn clutch plates

later i drop the fork tube to the max,the ape hanger and sissy bar

test ride 150km to tampin negeri sembilan,note new handle bar
